Staying at Novotel was an absolute delight, offering exceptional hospitality and value for money. The exquisite buffet spread surpassed expectations with a mouthwatering selection of seafood, meat, salads, and desserts. The attentive service, coupled with thoughtful touches like champagne for special occasions, truly elevated the experience. The clean and comfortable rooms, alongside the stunning views of the Waikato River, provided a serene retreat. While small inconveniences like a lack of convenient power sockets were present, the friendly staff, included breakfast, and beautiful surroundings more than made up for it. I highly recommend Novotel for a memorable and relaxing stay in a picturesque setting.
